## Overview Lumina needed a storefront that converted at the level of its visual brand — premium, fast, and memorable. We rebuilt their platform as a headless Next.js application connected to Shopify's Storefront API, reducing page load times by 60 % and increasing conversion rate by 18 % in the first quarter. ## Approach We started with a two-week discovery sprint to map every user journey, then designed a component library in Figma before writing a single line of code.
