Upon full payment for a completed project, ownership of client-specific deliverables transfers to the client as described in the relevant project agreement, excluding any third-party or pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks used to build them.

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, content, and access necessary for us to perform our services, and to ensure that any materials they supply do not infringe the rights of any third party.

5. Payment Terms

Fees, payment schedules, and invoicing terms are set out in the applicable proposal or agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services until outstanding balances are settled.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QbeeTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of a project shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for that project.
